It’s all too common in our culture to use food as a means to cope, whether it’s to get through a stressful day, deal with an emotional upset, or even celebrate good times. This program uses simple behavior changes, law of attraction strategies, and coaching support to help you take small and easy steps to create a healthier eating lifestyle.

This program is for people who:

  • Have a sensitivity to sugar

Specifically, in this program you will:

  • Discover the relationship you want to have with food and with your body
  • Learn how eating habits affect our biochemistry and emotional state

Transforming your life one small chunk at a time
 

Sometimes it just feels too far to get from here to there. Well, worry no more! This program helps you discover the baby steps that contribute to your unique process of inner transformation and create the shifts that help you move forward with the greatest of ease.

The purpose of this program is to create a positive shift in our approach to life through the small steps we can take in our everyday experiences. We will use the book “Shift happens!” as a resource and learn through the insights and experiences of each other to transform in our own unique way.

Specifically, in this program you will:

  • Explore a variety of ways to shift your thoughts, behaviors, and actions
  • Develop a mindset for transforming negative thoughts, releasing fears, and embracing a new level of creativity and joy
  • Discover what works best for you and how you can practice these skills in your everyday life
  • Learn from and celebrate your own and others’ insights and experiences
