Learning Models
Instructional Systems Design–This widely used methodology has its roots in the military and serves as the underpinnings for performance based training in the workplace. It typically includes the phases of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
Inspired Learning ModelTM–This model is predicated on the belief that all learners are capable, innately wise, and have direct access to their own best answers. Its seven elements focus on creating a safe and inspiring environment that helps learners gain mastery in the subject matter.
4MAT Model–This model describes a cycle of instruction that supports different styles of learning. It is one of the most widely used instructional formats in the world, with years of proven success in both corporate and learning institutions.
Multiple Intelligences Model–The premise of this model is that there are many forms of intelligence, and many ways by which we know, understand, and learn about our world. It provides educators with a conceptual framework for organizing and reflecting on curriculum assessment.
